A proto, kdy\u017e jsme spole\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u0161ili mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed linku na spojov\u00e1n\u00ed plastov\u00fdch krytek z\u00e1mk\u016f, tak Automa CZ do mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed linky integrovala modern\u00ed a ekologickou ultrazvukovou sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010dku.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Ultrazvukov\u00e1 technologie se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ke spojov\u00e1n\u00ed polymer\u016f nebo polymer\u016f s jin\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly. Tuto technologii je tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt k \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed a odd\u011blovac\u00edmu sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed u \u0161irok\u00e9ho sortimentu materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Cel\u00e1 operace prob\u00edh\u00e1 tak, \u017ee oper\u00e1tor zalo\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1mek s krytkami do p\u0159\u00edpravku a o zbytek se postar\u00e1 stroj. Automaticky se uzav\u0159ou bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed dve\u0159e odhlu\u010dn\u011bn\u00e9 komory a zkontroluje se p\u0159\u00edtomnost v\u0161ech pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch komponent. Pokud je v\u0161e v po\u0159\u00e1dku, stroj ultrazvukov\u011b sva\u0159\u00ed ob\u011b krytky z\u00e1mku a p\u0159enese na stanici laserov\u00e9ho popisov\u00e1n\u00ed. Hotov\u00fd kus pot\u00e9 opust\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na p\u00e1sov\u00e9m dopravn\u00edku.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Na t\u00e9to mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed lince se takto zkompletuje 1\u00a0000 000
