Vz\u00e1jemn\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje realizovat n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 projekty, kter\u00e9 m\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm se v\u00fdroba vozidel ch\u00e1pe.<\/p>\r\n<p><iframe title=\"Automatizace mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed linky ZF\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qyo9p0-fvMM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\r\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z takov\u00fdch projekt\u016f byla i <strong>robotizovan\u00e1 mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed linka na kompletaci z\u00e1mk\u016f k bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm p\u00e1s\u016fm.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Na p\u016fvodn\u00ed lince bylo pro manu\u00e1ln\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017e a kompletaci z\u00e1mk\u016f pot\u0159eba 8 oper\u00e1tor\u016f pracuj\u00edc\u00edch v t\u0159\u00edsm\u011bnn\u00e9m provozu.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Tento proces zahrnoval n\u00fdtov\u00e1n\u00ed hlav z\u00e1mk\u016f (1 oper\u00e1tor), mont\u00e1\u017e kabel\u016f (3 oper\u00e1to\u0159i), mont\u00e1\u017e krytek (1 oper\u00e1tor), lepen\u00ed \u0161t\u00edtk\u016f s 2D k\u00f3dem (1 oper\u00e1tor), lepen\u00ed filc\u016f (1 oper\u00e1tor) a kone\u010dnou kontrolu balen\u00ed (1 oper\u00e1tor).<\/p>\r\n<p>N\u00e1ro\u010dnost a zdlouhavost tohoto postupu vedla k vysok\u00fdm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a omezen\u00e9 kapacit\u011b.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>D\u00edky pln\u011b automatizovan\u00e9 mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed lince jsme \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b nahradili manu\u00e1ln\u00ed operace mont\u00e1\u017ee krytek a kabel\u016f roboty. V\u00fdsledkem bylo nejen sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f na v\u00fdrobu, ale tak\u00e9 uvoln\u011bn\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f pro n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a kvalifikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fakoly. Tato promy\u0161len\u00e1 a modern\u00ed automatizace p\u0159edstavuje vzorov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad toho, jak se v praxi da\u0159\u00ed dosahovat efektivity a
