Spole\u010dnost se specializuje na v\u00fdvoj a v\u00fdrobu produkt\u016f komponent\u016f pro interi\u00e9ry, exteri\u00e9ry a motorov\u00e9 prostory vozidel.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Automa CZ<\/strong> se \u0159ad\u00ed mezi dlouhodob\u00e9 partnery, kte\u0159\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novaresteam.com\/\">Novaresu<\/a> poskytuj\u00ed dlouhodobou podporu v oblasti pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 automatizace. Jedn\u00edm ze spole\u010dn\u00fdch projekt\u016f byla konstrukce mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed linky pro mont\u00e1\u017e vzduchov\u00fdch pr\u016fduch\u016f pro oba typy \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed voz\u016f, kter\u00e1 je slo\u017een\u00e1 z 12 pracovi\u0161\u0165 s oto\u010dn\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edpravky.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>V oblasti automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, kde \u017eivotnost v\u00fdrobn\u00edch operac\u00ed \u010dasto nep\u0159es\u00e1hne 6 let, se kladen\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na flexibilitu a adaptabilitu v\u00fdrobn\u00edch linek zvy\u0161uj\u00ed<\/strong>. T\u00edmto kontextem se rod\u00ed pot\u0159eba konstrukce a dod\u00e1n\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed linky, kter\u00e1 nejen spl\u0148uje aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby, ale je i p\u0159ipravena na budouc\u00ed zm\u011bny ve v\u00fdrob\u011b.<\/p>\r\n<p>Realizace t\u00e9to linky byla spojena i s dal\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdzvami, mezi nimi\u017e vynik\u00e1 kr\u00e1tk\u00fd term\u00edn dod\u00e1n\u00ed. Extr\u00e9mn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 doba v\u00fdvoje linky vy\u017eadovala ultim\u00e1tn\u011b bl\u00edzkou a flexibiln\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci mezi ob\u011bma stranami, aby projekt mohl b\u00fdt \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zrealizov\u00e1n v\u010das. D\u00edky siln\u00e9mu t\u00fdmu konstrukt\u00e9r\u016f a mont\u00e1\u017ee se Automa CZ postarala o to, \u017ee term\u00edn dod\u00e1n\u00ed a zprovozn\u011bn\u00ed byly spln\u011bny.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d Automa CZ?<\/strong> Pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0161patn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s dod\u00e1vkami z jin\u00fdch zem\u00ed vedly spole\u010dnost <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novaresteam.com\/\">Novares<\/a> k hled\u00e1n\u00ed spolehliv\u00e9ho partnera. Dlouh\u00e9 \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nab\u00eddek, n\u00edzk\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 mechanik\u016f a \u010dast\u00e9 nutnost\u00ed \u00faprav na m\u00edst\u011b v\u00fdroby \u2013 to v\u0161e bylo minulost\u00ed. \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce bylo zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (OEE) a z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u00faspora m\u00edsta d\u00edky eliminaci nutnosti skladovat p\u0159\u00edpravky.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><em>Automa CZ se tak uk\u00e1zala b\u00fdt partnerem, kter\u00fd nejen dod\u00e1v\u00e1 inovativn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9
