P\u0159esn\u011bji to byli t\u0159i pracovn\u00edci na t\u0159ech sm\u011bn\u00e1ch.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>C\u00edlem projektu byla automatizace tohoto manu\u00e1ln\u00edho pracovi\u0161t\u011b a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zamezen\u00ed situace, kdy sedadlo opust\u00ed stanici s nedota\u017een\u00fdm \u0161roubem, tedy omezen\u00ed rizika chybovosti zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 lidsk\u00fdm faktorem<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Na\u0161e konstrukce robotick\u00e9ho pracovi\u0161t\u011b byla pe\u010dliv\u011b promy\u0161len\u00e1 s d\u016frazem na bezpe\u010dnost. Vyu\u017eili jsme inovativn\u00edch mutingov\u00fdch z\u00e1vor a speci\u00e1ln\u00edho vjezdu, jeho\u017e tvar odpov\u00edd\u00e1 sedadlu. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed prostor jsme d\u00e1le vybavili bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm skenerem, abychom zajistili, \u017ee nedojde k necht\u011bn\u00e9 aktivaci robota p\u0159i uzav\u0159en\u00ed pracovn\u00edka v kleci.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Robotick\u00e9 pracovist\u011b zvl\u00e1dne ut\u00e1hnout \u0161rouby na jedn\u00e9 seda\u010dce za 27 sekund, ve firm\u011b s produkc\u00ed 66 seda\u010dek za hodinu p\u0159i \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nosti operace 97 %. N\u00e1vratnost investice byla po kalkulaci n\u00e1klad\u016f stanovena na cca 1,5 roku.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Hled\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00e9ho dodavatele byla pro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyundai-transys.com\/en\/main.do\">Hyundai Transys<\/a> d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 f\u00e1ze. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdmi kriterii byly zejm\u00e9na po\u017eadavky na bezpe\u010dnost, profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup a rychlost instalace. Po pe\u010dliv\u00e9m v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9m procesu byla vybran\u00e1 spole\u010dnost AUTOMA CZ, kter\u00e1 se uk\u00e1zala jako ide\u00e1ln\u00ed partner, spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed v\u0161echny
